Dear Madam Secretary:
To take account of organizational changes in the Department of Defense, I request that Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Environment Thomas E. Baca be appointed to replace Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Family Support and Education Millicent Woods as a member of the Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health (FACOSH) established by Executive Order 11612.
This change would enable the Department of Defense to support FACOSH more effectively.
