EPAs Office of Solid Waste will conduct a Roundtable Discussion of the issues raised by its recently proposed Hazardous Waste Identification Rule (57 FR 21450, May 20, 1992). The proposed rule contained a number of different options for exempting low-toxicity wastes under Subtitle C of RCRA. The discussion will include: The advantages and disadvantages of the alternative conceptual approaches: EPA''s specific information needs; and the utility of additional Roundtable Discussions.
