OSHA has approved the following Vermont State standards which have been determined to be identical to the Federal standards: Hazardous Materials; Attendant Exemption and Latch-Open Devices, Flammable & Combustible Liquids (1910.106); Servicing of Single and Multi-Piece Rim Wheels (1910.177); Power Lawnmowers (1910.243); Specifications for Accident Prevention Signs & Tags (1910.145); Electrical Standards for Construction (1926.400); Hazard Communication (1910.1200); Hazard Communication in: 1915.99 Shipyard Employment, 1917.28 Marine Terminals, 1928.21 Agriculture, and 1926.59 Safety & Health Regulations for Construction; Occupational Exposure to: Benzene (1910.1028), Formaldehyde (1910.1048), and Ethylene Oxide (1910.120); 1910.120, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response; and 1910.1000, Air Contaminants.
