Abstract:

On 7/12/90, OSHA issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Occupant Protection in Motor Vehicles (55 FR 28728) and tentatively scheduled an informal public hearing for 1/8/91, in Washington, DC. This document announces the convening of that hearing and schedules a second one to be held in Chicago on 2/5/91. This document also corrects and extends to 12/14/90, the period for submission of written comments, and notices of intention to appear at the hearings.
