This notice includes a cumulative list of course approvals and State accreditation programs that EPA has approved as meeting requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act(TSCA) and Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act. Also included is the most current list of laboratories accredited under TSCA to conduct bulk analysis of asbestos-containing materials.
