Good Laboratory Practice Standards; Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

Abstract:
EPA is issuing this final rule to amend the TSCA Good Laboratory
Practice (GLP) standards to incorporate many of the changes made by
the FDA to its GLP regulations and to expand the scope of the TSCA
GLP standards to apply to testing conducted in the field under TSCA.
EPA is amending these regulations to ensure the quality and
integrity of data generated from such studies.
