    Amends the final rule published on August 24, 1987 [52 FR 31852] by adding a control number assigned by the Director of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) after each section of the Code of Federal Regulations in which the rule appears [1910.1200, 1915.99, 1917.28, 1918.90, and 1926.59]. This document reprints the OMB letter to DOL on its review of information collection requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard. These amendments are effective December 4, 1987. The OMB approval expires May 23, 1988.
