Recordkeeping requirements for tests, inspections and maintenance
checks. Existing recordkeeping requirements will be minimized by
allowing the employer to certify that regulatory requirements have
been met. Revises 1910.68(e)(3), Manlifts, is revised. Removes and
reserves 1910.106(g)(1)(i)(g), Flammable and Combustible Liquids.
Revises 1910. 157(f)(16), Portable Fire Extinguishers. Adds
1910.179(j)(2)(v), Overhead and Gantry Cranes. Revises
1910.179(j)(2)(iii), 1910.179(j)(2) (iv), 1910.179(m)(l),
1910.179(m)(2), Overhead and Gantry Cranes; 1910. 180(d)(6),
1910.180(g)(1), 1910.180(g)(2)(ii), Crawler Locomotive and Truck
