Abstract:
Change of hearing date of the application of AMAX Lead Company of
Missouri (MO), Region VII, for a permanent variance from Table II of
1910.1025(f)(2). Concerns the limitation on the use of half-masks,
air- purifying respirators to areas where the lead concentration in
air is less than 10 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL).
Hearing has been set for February 25, 1986 in St. Louis, MO.
