The grantee will provide 4- to 15-hour training to construction workers in California. Target audience includes unionized construction workers, contractors, and employers. Training topics will include hazards of silica in construction. Plans are to develop new materials including a PowerPoint training presentation, fact sheets, videos, and instructor guide. Training will be offered in Spanish.
