1 29 CFR 1910.252(a)(4)(i): In a confined space area, when arc welding was to be suspended for any substantial period of time, such as during lunch hour or overnight, all electrodes were not removed from the holders and the holders were not carefully located so that accidental contact could not occur and the machine could be disconnected from the power source:
