    • Alliance Overview

    • OSHA-Washington Area Office and Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) entered the Alliance to foster safer and more healthful workplaces and responses to emergencies. The Alliance emphasizes promoting a culture of sharing best practices, technical knowledge, collective expertise, and resources.

    • Results

      • Due to due to senior staff turnover and a reduction in safety staff at JBLM, this Alliance has ceased to function as intended. The Alliance framework does not enhance our relationship with the base. JBLM is an active participant on the Mt. Rainer Federal Safety and Health Council, which is a better fit for our work with the base. Area Director recommends closing out this Alliance upon its expiration in December 2019.
    • Upcoming Milestones

      The Alliance Agreement expires in December 2019.
