Addendum to the
AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH AN ALLIANCE
between
THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR,

THE PRINTING INDUSTRIES OF AMERICA/GRAPHIC ARTS TECHNICAL FOUNDATION, and
THE SCREENPRINTING & GRAPHIC IMAGING ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL

The Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and the Envelope Manufacturers Association (EMA) join OSHA, the Printing Industries of America/Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (PIA/GATF) and the Screenprinting & Graphic Imaging Association International (SGIA) in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to cultivate safer and more healthful American workplaces. FTA and EMA therefore agree to join the OSHA, PIA/GATF, and SGIA Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in the area of ergonomics.

The FTA and EMA agree to all of the provisions of the original Alliance signed on June 18, 2002.
