Notice of Intention to Appear for Public Hearings on OSHA's Deregulatory Actions

The public hearings on OSHA’s deregulatory actions will begin on August 19, 2026 and will continue on subsequent weekdays. All those interested in providing oral testimony, documentary evidence, or question witnesses at the hearing must register using this form.

This registration form is only to sign up to provide public testimony or documentary evidence, or to question witnesses at the hearings. Please do not sign up if you only intend to watch the hearings (instructions for viewing the hearing will be posted separately).

The hearings will be recorded, so by appearing at any hearing you consent to that recording. By registering to provide public testimony or question witnesses at any hearing, you also acknowledge your consent to have your testimony or questions livestreamed publicly.
