    Hawaii State Plan Office

    The Hawaii State Plan applies to all private and public sector places of employment in the State, with the exception of federal government employees. Federal government employees, including those employed by the United States Postal Service, private sector maritime, and land that is under exclusive federal jurisdiction are covered by OSHA.
