This seminar provides a broad overview of ergonomics principles with a focus on how these are applied to workstations in an office or administrative environment.
Intended audience: Individuals who have occupational safety and health responsibilities for reporting or referring potential ergonomic hazards to safety officers in your agency.
Seminar 2: Fire Protection (9207)
This seminar provides an overview of the common fire protection hazards found in the workplace and primary methods of preventing or controlling employee exposure.
Intended audience: Individuals who have occupational safety and health responsibilities for reporting or referring potential fire protection-related hazards created by workplace exposures.
Seminar 3: Recordkeeping (9845)
This seminar provides a broad overview of OSHA's Recordkeeping requirements for work-related injuries and illnesses.
Intended audience: Individuals who have occupational safety and health responsibilities for recording or supervise the recording of work-related injuries and illnesses.

Seminar 4: Pandemic Influenza Planning (9122)
This seminar will cover pandemic flu planning at the Federal Government level with guidance for local office preparedness. Discussion of the rold of the Federal Government along with a workshop on planning is scheduled.
The current H1N1 world status will be addressed and how it has hastened pandemic planning worldwide.
Intended audience: Individuals who have occupational safety and health responsibilities for reporting or referring potential hazards to safety officers in your agency.
Seminar 5: Office Environment Safety and Health (9600)
This seminar provides a broad overview of occupational safety and health issues in an office or administrative environment and methods of controlling or eliminating them.
Intended audience: Individuals who have occupational safety and health responsibilities for reporting or referring potential hazards to safety officers in your agency.
Seminar 6: Safety and Health Management Systems (9245)
This seminar provides and overview of the critical elements and the application of safety and health management systems (SHMS) to the workplace environment. This is based on OSHA Voluntary Guidelines published in the Federal Register in 1989.
Intended audience: Individuals who have occupational safety and health responsibilities for supporting or participating in the implementation and/or the assessment of SHMS effectiveness. HINT: Every Federal Employee in the workplace.

This seminar provides and broad overview of indoor air quality issues. Focus is placed on the nature and causes of indoor air problems in office building environments.
