    • Each LEP will be evaluated for effectiveness 1 year after implementation

    Speaker Notes:

    If the LEP is determined to be effective AND there are still enough employers to be inspected under the procedures of the NEP, the LEP may be renewed.

    If the LEP is determined to be ineffective, OR If the LEP is determined to be effective BUT there are too few employers remaining, different industries from Appendix B will be selected and a new LEP developed and implemented.
