Overview
The purpose of this alliance was to provide to provide TSJC associates and
others with information, guidance, and access to training resources that will
help them protect employees’ health and safety, particularly in reducing and
preventing exposure to a variety of general industry and construction hazards in
southern Colorado.

- Upcoming Milestones –
During the upcoming year of this Alliance, activities will be largely directed
toward continuing to deliver training aimed at protecting workers in Trinidad
and surrounding areas. Specifically, 4 training sessions are contemplated,
including, but not limited to the following possible topics:
- Fall Protection
- Rigging and/or Crane Safety
- Oil & Gas Well Drilling and Servicing Safety
- Confined Space Entry
TSJC will continue to work jointly with the other 3 Alliance partners in
Southern Colorado: Pueblo Safety and Health Promotion Council; Pueblo
Community College and Six & Geving Insurance to deliver relevant trainings to
employers in Southern Colorado.
