Upcoming Milestones
At the time of the evaluation, it was anticipated that the alliance would be renewed. A draft agreement was written and approved by the Regional SOL on August 18, 2009, and was to be signed on November 17, 2009. However, the Council did not return the signed agreement to either OSHA Area Office. As a result and due to the inactivity of the alliance, the OSHA Area Offices made a decision not to renew this alliance as originally planned.
