There were management changes at DMACC during this evaluation period.

V. Upcoming Milestones

Representatives from the Des Moines Area Office met with the new management representative during the year. A copy of the alliance was provided and follow-up phone calls were made. No activity could be committed to during this year. This Alliance concluded on January 25, 2007 due to inactivity.
