I. Alliance Background

Alliance Overview: This Alliance was entered into for the purpose of providing training and education, improving communications, and promoting dialogue on workplace safety and health issues affecting the dental community.

Implementation Team Members

Kimberly Stille and Leslie Ptak, Madison OSHA
Sabrina Fox, WDA

II. Implementation Team Meetings

No implementation meetings were held during the reporting period.

III. Activities and Products

No activities or products resulted from this Alliance signing.

IV. Results

The Alliance has not been fruitful. Although the WDA wanted the Alliance, and often thought of projects and initiatives that could be worked on, they did not provide an implementation team member who had the time and resources to work with OSHA.

On February 8, 2007 the Madison OSHA Office sent a letter to the WDA terminating the Alliance and we have not heard from them since.
