Milestones Met in FY 2004/ 2005:
- Nine (9) outreach sessions were attended by over 500 employees. Training included traffic control
utilizing the MUTCD, PPE, traffic control, training needed in and outside of the work zone.
- Alliance members provided input on draft ANSI/ISEA 107-1999 for consideration through the
canvassing group which was approved.
- Alliance members gave a presentation at the Alabama Governor's conference.
- The alliance gave out 100 CD's on the Alliance Struck By training at the annual Alabama Governor's
Conference.

- Provide outreach on Work Zone Hazards utilizing billboards provided by Alliance member throughout
the State of Alabama.
- Participate in the "National Work Zone Week" in the State of Alabama.
- Develop the "Hazard Assessment" for Construction Work Zones this FY 2005.
