Implementation Team Meetings
During this evaluation period, there were meetings, phone conversations,
presentations and strategy sessions designed to continue our Alliance.
- January 13, 2009 -Theresa Naim and Joe Chmielewski had a meeting with the
new Forest Supervisor, Leanne Marten, and about 10 of her staff members to
discuss our Alliance.

Alliance Activity.
- Training and Education
- February 25, 2009- Joe Chmielewski did a Presentation to Forest
employees, 50 employees and the topics covered were common violations in the
construction industry.
- July 1, 2009- Joe Chmielewski did a Blood Borne Pathogen presentation to
120 employees from various locations of the forest offices.
- July 1, 2009- Joe Chmielewski did a Blood Borne Pathogen presentation to
75 employees primarily from Headquarters location.

- Upcoming Milestones
During this evaluation period there was a change at the top of the Allegheny
National Forest and the Erie Area Office. The new Forest Supervisor is
responsible for all 250 federal employees at this National Forest. This alliance
has concluded at this time.
