  1. Alliance Background: The original Alliance was signed on March 24, 2004 and renewed on March 24, 2006.

    Overview: The Alliance calls for a collaborative agreement between the signatories to foster safer and more health NJ workplaces for the NJCECA membership and young workers.

  2. Implementation Team Meetings: Quarterly meetings were held in addition to the monthly scheduled training meetings.

     
  3. Events and Products: Monthly training meetings: May 2008, September 2008, October 2008, November 2008, December 2008, January 2009, February 2009, March 2009, April 2009 and May 2009. Membership Directory was produced, Important Phone Numbers & Websites, OSHA Updates, Young Worker Monthly reports, Safety & Health Training meetings and OSHA Quick Cards & Quick Takes.

  4. Results: As a result of the Alliance teachers and young workers were exposed to OSHA S & H materials, resources and training.
