Overview
Develop and deliver training and education programs for non-English speaking employees on hazards
such as falls, amputations, exposure to silica and lead. This will include the delivery of 10 hour
construction and General industry classes in Spanish.

V. Upcoming Milestones
Several more 10 hour classes to be given in spring prior to the heavy work
seasons. In addition arrangement to be made to provide literature at the consulate during normal
