Investigation Summary
On May 19, 2012, Employee #1, of Wente Brothers, was part of a crew catering a wedding at an event center. He supervised and helped prepare food from about 12:00 p.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. and then delivered the food at around 5:30 p.m. The crew finished their work at the wedding event, and Employee #1 was apparently walking towards the parking lot at about 10:00 p.m., when he collapsed. Employee #1 was transported to a Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 10:35 p.m.
