MEMORANDUM FOR: ALL REGIONAL ADMINISTRATORS

SUBJECT: Clarification and Interpretations of the

PSM Standard

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide, by attachments to this memorandum, up-to-date letters issued by the national office after November 10, 1993. Previous letters issued by the national office on this subject were provided by a November 10, 1993, memorandum to all regional administrators.

Please note that the subject letters issued by the national office are being incorporated into the OSHA Computer Information System (OCIS). These letters are also being incorporated into a CD-ROM disc which is updated guarterly and which may be purchased from the Government Printing Office. A listing of OSHA publications and other references including the CD ROM available through the Government Printing Office and ordering information is also attached for your use.
