SUBJECT:            Favorable Review Commission Decision Sec. v. Coleco
                   Industries, Inc., OSHRC Docket No. 84-546
The Review Commission, in their January 14th decision, affirmed former OSHRC Judge Knight's order finding Coleco in willful violation of the OSH Act and assessing a $10,000 penalty.

This memorandum is being forwarded in an effort to keep the field appraised of the Review Commission's actions that are forwarded to the National Office.

A copy of both the Review Commission's and former Judge Knight's decisions are available from the Office of General Industry Compliance Assistance, Division of Safety Guidance Development by telephoning Don Kallstrom on FTS 523-8031.
