Subject: 1910.22(d)(1)

Reference: Your letter of November 10, 1976, to our Cleveland Office

Dear Mr. Preisel:

Signs would not be required for the 46,000 square foot, first floor slab on grade.

The office space, lunch rooms, showers, toilets and locker rooms would not require floor loading signs. When space is used for storage, then load signs must be posted.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to call members of my staff on 800-621-0523.

Very truly yours,

HARRY E. JAWORSKI
Acting Assistant Regional Administrator
for Technical Support
