Temporarily relieves affected employers of the requirement to comply with 50 micrograms of lead per 100 g of blood removal trigger under the lead standard. Effective date: March 7, 1985; expiration date: September 1, 1985.

Abstract:

Temporary variances granted to 28 plants for the final trigger level
for medical removal protection under the standard Occupational
Exposure to Lead 1910.1025(k)(1)(i)(D). Temporarily relieves
affected employers of the requirement to comply with 50 micrograms
of lead per 100 g of blood removal trigger under the lead standard.
