OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees due to a fall from a refuse collection vehicle: a) 225 Gregory Rd Franklin Lakes NJ 07417: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while holding on to the track hole opening (lubrication blade holes). On 4/10/2018 an employee sustained an amputations his left middle and ring fingers due to a missing handhold.
