OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while using a hoist as a ladder. (a) Location - 232 Main Street, Haverhill, MA: On or about 2/17/16, employees were exposed to falls and possible collapse while using a material hoist as a ladder.
