Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Each employer shall furnish to his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees. a) On or about January 16, 2015, and at times prior, Blusky Restoration Contractors Inc. did not ensure that workers were protected form recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm to its employees. Employer did not insure that personal fall arrest systems were used properly by employees. Components subject to impact loading were not removed form service and not used until inspection by a competent person.
