Employee Suffers Heart Attack, Later Dies

Employee #1 was working from an aerial lift when he collapsed to the floor of the bucket. Emergency services responded and Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The original report title listed a heart attack as the cause of this fatality.
