Employee Is Killed When Run over by Tractor

On December 6, 2006, Employee #1, a truck driver at a distribution center, was checking the air brake connection for a leak between the tractor and its trailer. The tractor moved ahead and its dual wheels ran over him. Employee #1 was killed.
