Employee is killed when crushed between trucks

On September 29, 2004, Employee #1 was walking between a parked truck and another truck that was backing up to the bed of the parked truck. A coworker, who was standing on the bed of the parked truck, shouted to Employee #1 to move. Employee #1 looked up but stood there. Then, the coworker shouted in Spanish for him to sit down, but before Employee #1 could react, he was pinned between the beds of the trucks. A bolt protruding from the moving truck penetrated his body, killing him.
