An employee was a respiratory therapist and was on a regular COVID-19 testing pr ogram. Between tests the employee became ill and then tested positive. The emplo yee's symptoms worsened, she was hospitalized and at 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 202 1, she died due to COVID-10 complications.
