Summary Nr: 140286.015 Event: 09/28/2021Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
An employee was conducting assigned maintenance tasks with coworkers throughout the facility and inside the maintenance shop. A coworker tested positive for COV ID-19 and contact tracing determined it to be a non-work related exposure. The c oworker exposed the employee two other coworkers to COVID-19. The employee contr acted COVID-19 and subsequently died from his infection on September 28, 2021.
