Th e employee tested positive for COVID-19 on September 19th, 2021, and was admitte d to the hospital on September 20th, 2021. The employee died on October 12, 2021 , due to acute respiratory failure due to COVID-19 related pneumonia accompanied or caused by opportunistic candida and aspergillus infection. The date, time an d other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
