Summary Nr: 140155.015 Event: 10/11/2021Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
An employee was working for a firm that was the wholesaler for the medical, dent al, and hospital equipment and supplies that were manufactured by its parent fir m. He worked installing and repairing medical equipment. He was exposed to COVID -19 between September 4, 2021, and September 8, 2021. He had visited a hospital or clinic as part of a medical equipment repair or installation assignment. On S eptember 10, 2021, he received a positive test result for COVID-19. On September 22, 2021, he was hospitalized. At 3:12 p.m. on October 11, 2021, he died of com plications related to COVID-19.
