Summary Nr: 138296.015 Event: 08/19/2021Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
An employee was working at a psychiatric and substance abuse hospital. He worked as registered nurse. He was a shift supervisor. He interacted with patients, wh o were mainly adult psychiatric patients. During an outbreak of COVID-19 in the facility, he contracted COVID-19. He died. Another employee at the site, who als o worked as a registered nurse, contracted COVID-19 too. At 8:00 a.m. on August 19, 2021, she was hospitalized.
