On December 10, 2020, an employee tested positive for Sars-CoV-2 (coronavirus, o r COVID-19) while working on the COVID-19 unit of a nursing home. The employee w as placed on quarantine at home until December 19, 2020, when she was hospitaliz ed. The employee died in the hospital on January 29, 2021
