| An employee was working as a seasonal tender truck driver retrieving daily work orders from a coworker at an agronomy office. The coworker developed coughing, s hortness of breath, sneezing and/or brain fog, but continued working despite sho wing symptoms of possible SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection. Several employees wer e tested and the coworker, one other coworker and the employee tested positive f or SARS-CoV-2. The employee was hospitalized and on approximately May 15, 2021, was released from the hospital with the stipulation that he continue to use an o xygen tank while recovering at home. At 10:37 a.m. on May 24, 2021, the employe e was readmitted to the hospital, where he died from complications related to SA RS-CoV-2 and underlying preexisting medical conditions. | ||||||
