At 1:28 p.m. on May 6, 2021, an employee was driving a tractor trailer loaded wi th demolished concrete to dump at a landfill. The employee lost control, possibl y from loss of brakes, and jumped from the moving vehicle. The employee was kil led when he impacted the ground.
