| An employee worked in the back of the office handling administrative duties. Th ey also operated medical devices occasionally to help out as backup to the prima ry medical assistant. Two employees in the office were exhibiting COVID-19 relat ed symptoms and reported to work during the week of February 22, 2021. Those emp loyees were eventually tested for COVID-19 and tested positive. Other staff memb ers were also tested, with an additional two testing positive for COVID-19 (whic h included the deceased employee). The employee was quickly hospitalized and di ed approximately two weeks after a positive result at approximately 12:00 a.m. o n March 15, 2021. | ||||||
