An employee who worked at a hospital was on quarantine for COVID-19 since Februa ry 2, 2021. A text was sent to the director on February 15, 2021 or February 16 , 2021, stating the employee was hospitalized and died at 7:00 a.m. on February 19, 2021 from complications from COVID-19.
