A crew of mechanics held a meeting and stood less than three feet apart undernea th a Cut Away transport vehicle that was lifted into the air on a hydraulic hois t. The employee showed signs of the illness on December 22, 2020. Employee #1 was off starting on December 23, 2020. The employee later died from complicatio ns from COVID-19 at approximately 1:00 p.m. on February 8, 2021.
