On January 27, 2021, Employee #1 who had been working at a fastening systems an d devices manufacturing site died from COVID-19. Employee #1's last day of work was December 30, 2020. On January 26, 2021, Employee #1 was hospitalized for tre atment of COVID-19 prior to his death. On February 2, 2021, Employee #2 was hos pitalized for COVID-19 while working for the same manufacturer. Employee #2 test ed positive for COVID-19 on January 24, 2021. On February 7, 2021, Employee #2 w as discharged from the hospital. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not i ncluded in the narrative.
