An employee was performing housekeeping activities. The employee was asymptomati c and was COVID-19 tested routinely. The employee was tested on December 9, 2021 , and was positive. The employee was sent home to quarantine for at least 14 da ys and the last day worked was December 13, 2021. The employee was hospitalized from December 20, 2021 -December 29, 2021. The employee died on January 2, 2021.
