An employee worked in the Glass department. At his workstation, he spoke to the line lead when given work instructions and other employees who would bring him g lass in carts for processing in the production line. The employee reported to hi s work station on December 22, 2020, and was admitted to the hospital the same d ay for positive COVID-19 treatment. He died on January 9, 2021, while in the ho spital due to complications of COVID-19.
